  1. build some software that works.

    Software fails due to no zero name length rubbish, but keeps running like it's downloading. Cancel the download, try to shut the software, get a spinning wheel that runs for hours. If there is an answer for this substandard stuff that would be nice, but I've searched for it and nothing comes up. As for donations, when I receive some software that works, then maybe...

  3. Using CLI with project file AND list of uris

    There should be a possibility to use the CLI version and specify both, 1) a project file for all rules /settings etc. AND 2) an external argument list file that contains "uri" AND "/o" arguments.

    I want to automate loading lots of different URLs, all do different output folders, which I want to define in an argument list file, but still use one project file with its settings to download all of them.

    Right now, the documentation says "WCOPY uri | project [OPTION...]". So I should be able to define a project file AND still use the uri parameter to…

  4. Robustness towards internet connectivity problems

    Sometimes my internet connection fails. In that case, WebCopy should keep retrying to download the current file, rather than skip lots of files and "finish" the crawl with files missing.

  5. Export Link Checker CSV with column filters

    Under link checker, I add the filters to hone in the link list I want but when I export the CSV, it just gives me a full list of all the links. We should be able to export the list that we have displayed with our filters

  8. Allow application to be minimized

    Application pops up a modal window when scanning that cannot be minimized, and neither can the app itself while that scan popup is open.

    Please allow both windows to be minimized to make it easier to get on with other work while waiting for a scan to complete.

    Another related issue is that scan does not have any options as to what depth the scan should be until it is has completed the first scan.

  9. Resume, multiple crawlings.

    Resume a crawl or copying website data after a crash due to overheating? Crawling with multiple connections might be faster. 4 days and nights continuous and next day it became 25.5 degrees Celcius and laptop shutdown automatically.
